When a good business has financials that don't tell the story.
Your client may have a strong business and inaccurate books, late reporting, incomplete schedules or a projection nobody supports. We get them loan-ready, and we keep you in the relationship.
Getting the deal done
— Loan packages for SBA 7(a) and 504, conventional term and lines, equipment and commercial real estate.
— Projections with written assumptions and debt schedules.
— Cleanup so internal statements tie to the returns.
— A narrative you can lift into the credit memo.
Keeping the relationship healthy
— Monthly or quarterly lender packages.
— Covenant tracking and compliance certificates; borrowing base certificates.
— Annual review packages, on time.
— An early call to you when the forecast shows trouble ahead, with the client's consent.
A client may need us when
If you read this and think of three borrowers, that's the point.
— Financial statements don't reconcile.
— Reports arrive late, or change after they arrive.
— The balance sheet looks wrong and the owner can't explain certain accounts.
— The bank keeps requesting revised information.
— The company is preparing for financing and the projection is unsupported.
— Debt schedules and personal financial statements aren't current.
— QuickBooks needs cleanup before underwriting can start.
— There is no internal controller, or there is accounting staff but no higher-level review.
— The borrower is doing well operationally and the reporting is weak.
How a referral works
01
Introduce us. The form below or a quick call. It goes straight to Chris.
02
Chris talks with your client within one business day. He tells them plainly what it will take.
03
Fixed fee, written scope, a finish date you can plan around. A loan package typically takes ten business days once we have the records.
04
You get a complete package. Your client gets clean books and, often, someone to keep them that way.
What you can count on
We're bank-neutral. We don't move deposits, we don't steer lending, and we don't have a bank to sell.
We refer business to lenders. Our clients ask us who to talk to, and we'd like the answer to be you.
We speak your language. DSCR, fixed-charge coverage, covenants, borrowing base, global cash flow.
We won't surprise you. If a client's numbers won't support the request, we'll tell them, and we'll tell them to tell you.
Why loan packaging is affordable.
It's a fixed fee, deliberately low, because it's how many of our long-term client relationships begin. Your client gets a package they can afford. If they want us to keep going afterward, they'll ask. Either way, your file is complete.
