We make your client's accounting easier to work with.
You focus on tax. We keep the underlying financial operation working all year, so the package that reaches you in January is reconciled, documented and ready to file from.
What we handle
— Monthly accounting, with every balance sheet account reconciled to a statement or a schedule.
— A tax-ready package: trial balance, fixed asset and depreciation schedules, loan schedules, payroll reconciliations, 1099 support.
— Answers to your accounting questions, directly, without a round trip through the owner.
— Corrections made during the year, not discovered in March.
— Entity books on one calendar for multi-entity clients, so K-1s aren't late.
— Estimated payments and distributions on a calendar the owner actually follows.
What we don't do
We don't compete for your tax work. We prepare returns only when a client has no CPA and asks us to, and we'd rather hand you a clean package. We don't give tax advice; we ask you. We don't change accounting treatment without a note you can follow.
The owner experiences it as: the CPA asks CFO Anywhere, CFO Anywhere answers, the owner keeps working.
A client may need us when
— The books arrive in March and you spend billable hours doing bookkeeping before you can start the return.
— The owner asks you tax questions that are really cash questions, and wants a forecast you weren't engaged to build.
— K-1s are late every year because the entity books close when you close them.
— The balance sheet has accounts nobody can explain, and it's the same accounts as last year.
— The bookkeeper left and the owner is asking you who to hire.
— A sale, a loan or a second location is coming and the client needs a finance function, not a filing.
