CFO Anywhere
Services · Run and report

Books that close on time and hold up to scrutiny.

Bookkeeping, payables, receivables and payroll, closed every month and reviewed by someone who owns the balance sheet, so your financials are ready for your CPA, your bank and your own decisions.

When you need this

The books get done, but late, and nobody reviews them. The balance sheet has accounts no one can explain. Payables are paid when someone remembers; receivables are chased when cash gets tight. Payroll is on a platform nobody reconciles. Year-end is a scramble and the CPA's bill reflects it.

What we look at

The close calendar and where it stalls.

Every balance sheet account, reconciled or not.

How payables are approved and timed.

Receivables aging and who follows up.

Payroll liabilities against filings.

Whether the chart of accounts matches how you run the company.

What your CPA had to fix last year.

What we build or change

Accounting

Bookkeeping, bank, card and loan reconciliations.

Payables with an approval step you control and payments timed against the forecast.

Receivables with weekly aging and follow-up in your name.

Payroll processing with filings, W-2s, 1099s and 401(k) support.

Sales tax, fixed assets and depreciation.

Controller

Monthly balance sheet review and statements with commentary.

Budget versus actual.

A chart of accounts that fits the business and controls sized for your company.

A tax-ready package delivered to your CPA, with a call if it helps. We prepare the returns if you want us to, or hand a clean package to the CPA you already trust.

What changes for you

What you get

Financials within 15 days and a clean year-end.

What improves

A close that doesn't depend on one person, payables that never surprise the forecast, and receivables that get collected.

What you can now decide

Trust the numbers you're deciding on, and stop paying your CPA to do bookkeeping.

For the person checking our work

Every balance sheet account ties to a statement or a schedule every month. Payables and receivables feed the 13-week forecast directly; nothing is keyed twice.

Questions we get about this

What do we send you each month?

Almost nothing once bank feeds and access are set up. Receipts and approvals flow through the client portal.

How does the handoff work?

We take over at a month-end, reconcile through that date, and document what we found. Everybody's books have something.

Do we need to change software?

Usually not.

What if our office manager does some of this?

They keep doing what they do well; we take the rest and review all of it.
