What to expect when your banker sends you to CFO Anywhere.
Your banker introduced us because your financials need work before a loan can move, or because keeping them current has become a chore. That's common, not embarrassing. Most books have something.
The first step is a call with Chris within one business day of the introduction. Thirty minutes, about the business, the request and the records. No deck.
You'll get a written scope with a fixed fee and a finish date before any work starts. A loan package typically takes ten business days once we have bank statements, prior returns, your current books and the lender's list.
We work directly with your banker so nothing gets lost between you. Nothing goes to them without you seeing it first.
If your numbers won't support the request, we'll tell you plainly, and we'll tell you to tell your banker. Surprises cost more than bad news.
When it's done you'll have a complete package and a clean set of books. If you'd like us to keep them that way, ask. Some owners just get their loan. Either outcome is fine with us.
Tell us what's going on. We'll tell you what we see
One conversation with Chris, no deck. He'll tell you what he sees and what it would take to fix it, including if the answer is that you don't need a CFO yet.
